Many Emperon devices are equipped with mono only drivers that will prohibit the use of colour to certain users.

Particularly useful in an environment where the device acts as a central printing point for many users or several departments, the mono only driver can contribute to keeping overall printing costs manageable.

Essentially, the mono-only driver is the same as the full colour driver but with colour functionality disabled.
