John Howard, Head of Marketing

As head of UK marketing John can speak on all matters related to Konica Minolta's marketing strategy, including channel, market approach, product development, Konica Minolta's consultative philosophy and the environmental strengths of Konica Minolta's products. John is responsible for the strategic development of marketing programmes.


Richard Necus, Office Group Product Manager

In his product marketing role Richard works closely with Konica Minolta's dealership distribution channel to create product promotions and formulates both internal and external product positioning.


Wayne Snell, Office Group Product Manager

Wayne is involved with the introduction of bizhub office products into the UK market. He is also responsible for embedded solutions to customise products for end users, providing added functionality.


Mark Lloyd, Director of IT Channel

Mark heads the IT Channel division which distributes the Konica Minolta printer range through a network of e-commerce, reseller, retail and distribution partners. The product line includes colour and monochrome laser printers, AIO and associated supplies.


Jos Kelly, Director of Strategic Business Development, Production & Solutions

Jos is responsible for the strategic direction of Konica Minolta Business Solutions as a leading provider of document and imaging solutions, taking in both hardware and software applications. The delivery and customer implementation of Konica Minolta solutions also form part of his remit.


Mat Stanley, Head of Professional Services & Solutions Group

Mat heads a team overseeing the development of software solutions for the Konica Minolta bizhub range of document imaging systems, including both in-house and third party solutions.


Phil John, Solutions Alliance Manager

Phil identifies 'best of breed' software solutions for the Konica Minolta solutions portfolio. He works to develop alliances with software providers so that their product adds value to the Konica Minolta bizhub range, from production to office machines.


Pauline Brooks, Production Group Product Manager

The Production Print division markets the Konica Minolta range of bizhub PRO production digital imaging systems and Pauline is responsible for product marketing of the bizhub PRO range.


Mark Simpson, Director of Dealer Operations

Konica Minolta markets its bizhub range through a direct sales force and a network of independent dealerships. The dealership network includes over 130 independent dealerships from Inverness to Newquay and Cardiff to Norwich. With his team of Dealer Account Managers, Mark manages this important distribution channel for Konica Minolta.


Claire Ham, Quality and Environmental Manager

The Quality and Environment department is headed by Claire and her team to ensure that Konica Minolta Business Solutions in the United Kingdom minimises the environmental impact of its business activities. The department audits and reviews the environmental impact of business activities on a continuing basis and institutes programmes to reduce the environmental impact of Konica Minolta's activities.
