One of the greatest issues for humankind today is the sustainable preservation of a global environment. Our goal is to ensure that our company develops in harmony with the environment.

We have been listening to our customers' suggestions and have therefore joined forces with a material recycling company and developed a service called A World on Loan.

A world on loan is designed to help our customers meet and exceed their environmental targets for recycling and to protect the environment.

A world on loan provides you with a process to return and recycle used consumables. You can be assured that your waste products are recycled and recovered into raw materials for other industrial use.

   1.  Remove used consumable from Konica Minolta Business Machine.

   2.  Pack into the plastic bag that the new consumable came in.

   3.  Collect packed items and place in a box to form a parcel (upto 10kg) or bag that can be
        provided free of charge.

   4.  Securely seal box.

   5.  Complete the on-line form below or call 01342 833033 to arrange collection.

   6.  A postage label will be sent to you by fax or email; secure this to the parcel.

   7.  A carrier will automatically be arranged.

   8.  A duty of care notice will be issued (please fill this in according to the instructions).

There is a minimum charge of £10 for each parcel, which will cover the transport and recycling costs of upto 10 toners/imaging units.  Extra consumables can be sent in the same parcel at a cost of £0.50p per item, upto the weight limit.  An extra charge may be incurred if the parcel is heavier than 10kg.

As more and more customers sign up to A world on loan, we will strive to reduce these costs and improve this facility.
